This 100% Blue Agave spirit is pot distilled and then rested gently in our own used bourbon barrels for 2-12 months. This spirit is bottled full of flavor, uncut and unfiltered at distillation and barrel proof. Hand labeled and numbered, our Kentucky Azul comes in at 105 - 120 proof (50.5 – 60% ABV).
