We hand make every drop of our True Kentucky Shine using a recipe of white corn and sugar. White corn gives it its full flavor while the sugar lends neutrality; a combination that creates floral notes, citrus flavors and a hint of apple peel. Our True Kentucky Shine can be enjoyed neat or on the rocks, but we love it in cocktails. We also use it as the base for the majority of our flavored spirits, so infusionists could make some great creations. 100 Proof (50% ABV)
