Limited release, one-time runs of special mashbills or aging techniques. Each Single Mash is unique and only sold in at our distillery.
Current release: High-Corn Bourbon Mash, 94% White Corn, 6% Malted Barley. Aged 5 years in (2) new 25-gallon barrels. Aroma of honey and butterscotch, with a taste of aged oak and jalapeno on the palate. Finishes short with notes of oak.
